Head of Finance
About the position:
The Head of Finance's main responsibility will be that of coordinating and supervising all of Novo Space's administrative, accounting, and legal processes and tasks, ensuring their fluidity and efficiency. He/she will handle suppliers, banking, salaries, P&L, and billing, and will be supported by external accounting and law firms. He/she will also assist in the analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting of the company's financial and economic matters.

- Billing and payments.
- Reconcile NDAs/Terms and Conditions proposed by our clients with the assistance of our lawyers.
- Monitor payments to new and current suppliers on a monthly basis.
- Manage payroll with the assistance of our accountants.
- Define salary strategy according to job categories.
- Update salaries.
- Manage registration processes (AFIP, banking, occupational testing, health insurance).
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card spending.
- Handle monthly tax filing requirements in collaboration with our accountants.
- Ensure that Novo Space is complying with local and international regulations.
- Participate in the decision-making process with respect to budget allocation to guarantee Novo Space's cost effectiveness and growth.
- Prepare and monitor financial, economic, and budgetary reports.
- Prepare and monitor budget.
- Analyze and monitor KPIs (ARR, LTV, CAC, Gross Margin, etc).
REQUIRED education, work experience, knowledge/skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience performing administrative/financial roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
- Intermediate Google Workspace suite skills.
- Advance knowledge of finance and accounting.
